About The hygrade
The Hygrade building was built in the 1880s, and the building belonged to Bernard Erksine. He was one of the founders and president of Sylvania. After Erksine, the house was owned by various owners until it was bought in 2018 by the current owners, who thouroughly rennovated the home into a boutique hotel.
